Refund Policy

For our subscription based services we offer refunds if there is a Service Level Agreement violation on our part as defined in the Memorandum of Understanding or any contractual documentation we might have with you that is stored in your contract HUB page on portal.michaelpenner.com. This currently includes:

  1. Our Content and Media Management service
  2. Our Site Maintenance and Security Hardening service

All other services, which are paid after the work is done, are predicated on approvals through checks and balances that are electronically recorded in your HUB page on portal.michaelpenner.com, including invoice authorizations you send us verifying everything is as it should be and that we can now invoice you. For services like those, which includes everything else we do at MJ Penner Consulting, no refunds are provided.
